The project consisted of two 350 sqm factories completed within 4 months from the start of construction.
Both factories were leased within 2 weeks of the completion of the construction.

A 3,800 sqm factory built for Designer Doorwares.
The factory was built on top of a metre of compacted fill in order to maximise the exposure for the stylish building.

All four factories were built for the Spandoni Bros and they were all sold directly off the plan.
